On July 19, I attempted to deposit money into my account using the İşbank ATM number 13726 located in Kütahya Merkez. The machine accepted the cash, but the amount was neither credited to my account nor returned. I’ve been left without my money, and there has been no prompt resolution.

It’s frustrating that when a customer misses a payment by a single day, İşbank is quick to apply interest and take immediate action. Yet when the issue is clearly on their side, they move slowly and show no urgency in returning the customer’s money. This is an unacceptable double standard.

I demand İşbank to immediately credit or return the funds that were taken by their ATM in error. Holding a customer’s money for days without cause or compensation is unethical and must be addressed at once.
