ATM Swallowed My Deposit - I Have Waited 37 Days

On July 20, 2025, while attempting to deposit ₺10,880 into my Enpara.com account at an İş Bankası ATM located in the Tarsu Shopping Mall in the Tarsus district of Mersin province, the ATM swallowed my money and the screen suddenly went blank. I received no receipt or transaction number at the end of the transaction, but there is a camera recording of the ATM. Following the incident, I contacted both İş Bankası and Enpara customer service, but to date, no resolution has been offered. My grievances have continued for 37 days, and I have not received a refund. I request that my money, with interest, be returned to my account as soon as possible.
