Annual Fee Charged on My Maximum Troy Credit Card Without Notice

On September 8, 2025, for the first time in five years of using my Maximum Troy credit card, an annual fee of ₺890 was charged without my knowledge. I had never encountered such a fee before, and this deduction was made without my consent. My card has an active HGS instruction, which I use regularly. I contacted customer service to request a refund of the annual fee, but my request was denied. Despite being a loyal and active cardholder for years, facing such a practice has left me disappointed. I am requesting the refund of the annual fee charged to my credit card.
