Cancel The IQScore.ME Subscription And Get A Full Refund

On 3 April 2026, an amount of NT$32 was charged to my credit card by IQScore.ME for a subscription that I never requested or approved. Afterwards, my credit card was charged again, NT$477 on 10 April 2026 and NT$476 on 13 April 2026, also related to IQScore.ME. I have never subscribed to any paid service of IQScore.ME, and there is no valid authorization from me for these recurring charges. The email address associated with these charges is: luckyricky6****@gmail.com. I tried to resolve the issue via my credit card company, but they informed me that they would not handle the problem, so I could not get any help there. I also could not find any clear way to contact IQScore.ME customer service, so I have been left without a solution while the unauthorized charges continue. I request that IQScore.ME immediately cancels any subscription or recurring payment linked to my email address and credit card, and provides a full refund of all amounts that have been charged without my consent (NT$32, NT$477 and NT$476). I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
