iPhone 16 Lost Network After Update and Apple Did Not Give Replacement
I bought an iPhone 16, and in less than three months a software update caused the network to stop working. After that update, all incoming calls to my phone showed as busy, and when I tried to call someone, I received a “call failed” message. I sent the device to the service, but Apple did not provide me with a replacement phone. Since I work at a bank, I still have to continue paying installments, but at the moment, I don’t have my phone. I have filed complaints with the necessary authorities, and I request that my phone either be replaced with the next model or that I receive a full refund. As soon as I receive the product back, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
