iPhone 12 Notes Backup Issue

My Apple iPhone 12 suddenly deleted around 100 of my notes all by itself. The other day, when I opened the Notes app, I found that all my notes were gone—and there was nothing in the “Recently Deleted” folder either. When I contacted Apple Support, they told me that unless the notes had been backed up, there was absolutely no way to recover them. I’ve been using Apple products since I got my first phone, but after this experience, I’ve completely lost trust and will definitely not consider buying any Apple products again. Some of the notes that were deleted were of vital importance to me, and they were erased without any action or permission on my part.
