Intersport Online Order Delay
On August 3, 2024, I placed an order on the Intersport website and paid for shipping, but despite 10 days passing, the product has not been delivered. I called customer service four times within 10 days. The first time, I was told that the shipping company would collect and deliver the item within 1-3 days. However, in my most recent call today, I was informed that the product is still at the Mall of Istanbul Intersport store and has not been shipped out.
If you are not going to send the product, why are you wasting my money, time, and patience? The customer service representatives do not have any authority, and it is evident that they are not empowered to resolve issues. Today, I spoke with Mr. Cagatay, who did not provide any different information from the previous representatives. My problem remains unresolved!
I regret making an online purchase from Intersport and do not recommend it. Note: I am trying to reach your Mall of Istanbul store, but they are also not responding.
