Delayed Product Inspection and Unresponsive Customer Service at Intersport

I am very unhappy with my experience at the Intersport Vadi Istanbul store. Despite their advertised product inspection period of 7 business days, they have not returned our calls or returned our messages. I bought a pair of shoes two months ago, and it appears that even if they agree to an exchange, I'll have to pay more money. I initially contacted Salomon directly, but they responded negatively. Later, Intersport suggested conducting the inspection on their own property, guaranteeing a 7-business-day turnaround time. My shoes were submitted for inspection on July 20, 2023, and I am still waiting for updates as of August 13, 2023. This situation is exceedingly frustrating, and I'm seriously considering not making any future purchases from Intersport. Their lack of responsiveness and lengthy inspection process disappointed me greatly.
