Interactive Brokers Won't Release My Funds

Interactive Brokers is withholding my accumulated funds of $10,871 and refusing to release them. They continue to postpone with assurances of "today or tomorrow." At first, Ms. C**, Mr. A**, and eventually Mr. G** provided me with reassurances that the process would be seamless and that I would receive my money without any issues. However, they have now become unresponsive to my calls and messages. I'm frustrated with the system's behavior, as it's causing me more problems and preventing me from accessing my money.
