Interactive Brokers Robot Account Scam

I created a robot account with Interactive Brokers. Despite my consistent gains, I was not permitted to close the account until all of my remaining funds were completely depleted. Then someone named A****, whom we believed to be knowledgeable, suggested that by depositing a certain amount of money, I would be able to retrieve the funds. I made a deposit, but unfortunately, the money vanished as well. Later, someone we believed to be knowledgeable (Z*****) assured me that my funds were protected and that if I made additional deposits, I would recover everything. I had no choice but to believe. Even though my finances were in a positive state, this individual engaged in unauthorised trading on my behalf, resulting in financial losses. Then I was unable to contact him once more. I attempted to get in touch with the company. I provided the information they asked for. After not receiving any further communication, I was informed that my response time had expired. I still couldn't get in touch with them. I have serious doubts about the credibility of this company. I kindly request that the company be contacted and our rights be respected.
