Interactive Brokers: Unable to Access My Funds After Investing $600 in Their Robot
I have funds in my Interactive Brokers account, but no one is responding to my inquiries. They lost $600 of mine with their robot. Then they kept calling me, saying the bank would reimburse my money, but only if I made another investment. They convinced me to invest... They told me I couldn't withdraw my money for 15 days. The 15 days have passed since the 20th, yet they still haven't responded. They are online but continue to ignore me.
