Interactive Brokers Not Sending SMS for $1,000 Withdrawal

I deposited $1,000 into my Interactive Brokers account and tried out some investment tools for a couple of days. When I decided to withdraw my money, I was informed that a confirmation SMS would be sent to my phone, but I never received it. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to contact customer service, and they are withholding my funds. This is extremely frustrating, and I demand that Interactive Brokers return my money immediately. Please resolve this issue and allow me to withdraw my funds!
