Account Approval Delay at Interactive Brokers. Payment Not Processed

Hello, I completed the necessary forms on www.interactivebrokers.co.uk to open an account and to speed up the process, I made a payment. However, I am unsure of the reason behind it. The account approval and payment processing were both denied. I captured a screenshot to share, so that others can avoid encountering similar problems. I would really appreciate your assistance as well.
