Withdrawal Marked Successful but Never Reached Bank
I have been playing on the Instamatch365 website and recently faced a serious issue with my withdrawal. I had already lost more than 30,000 in this game, but when I finally won on 1550X (15,500), I requested a withdrawal of 15,000 on 01.06.2026 to my bank account in India. The order/transaction ID is WL135156906 and my user ID on Instamatch365 is 6994***. On the website, the withdrawal status shows as “successful” but the 15,000 has never been credited to my bank account. When I emailed your support team, my email was rejected. Then I contacted support via the website chat, where I was first told to wait 24 hours. After 24 hours passed and nothing arrived, I contacted you again, and this time I was told to wait 3–4 days due to a supposed bank-side issue. When even after about a week there was still no payment, I reached out again and was told yet again to wait another 24–25 hours, without any real solution or clear explanation. I am extremely disappointed and feel that my money is being withheld without justification. I request that Instamatch365 urgently investigate this withdrawal with order ID WL135156906 and either immediately credit the 15,000 to my bank account or provide a clear, written explanation and a prompt resolution. I expect this issue to be handled seriously and without any further delays.
