Please Kindly Help Me To Resolve This Issue

On 23 February 2026, I deposited an amount of 6000 via UPI through Google Pay into my Instamatch365 account, but even after four months this money has still not been credited to my gaming account. From 23 February 2026 onwards, I have been regularly contacting Instamatch365 customer care about this uncredited deposit, and I have the transaction details and reference from Google Pay. However, every time I reach out, I only receive the same standard response that the issue will be resolved within 24–32 hours, and nothing has actually been done. There has been no proper update, no escalation, and no written response or ticket number provided to me. I request that my 6000 deposit either be immediately credited to my Instamatch365 account or refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue has been pending for four months despite my repeated follow‑ups.
