I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username @jalbacosmetics. On 24 May, my phone was stolen, and I completely lost access both to my device and to the phone number linked to my TikTok account. Since then, I have been unable to log in or verify my identity through the usual methods. I originally created and mostly used this account in Senegal. I have already tried to resolve the issue through the in-app help and chatted with the AI customer support, but this did not provide a solution and I still cannot access my account.
