I Can't Get Back in My Amazon Accout

I am writing about a problem with my Amazon account linked to the email address courtneydrafton**@gmail.com. I was suddenly kicked out of the Amazon app on my Android device, and since then I have not been able to log back in. After this happened, I received an email stating that my account is locked, without any clear explanation. I have not knowingly placed any orders on this account and I was not informed of any issue before being locked out. I contacted Amazon by phone about this, but I was not given any information on how to reopen or unlock my account, and I still cannot access it. I request that my Amazon account associated with the email address courtneydrafton**@gmail.com be unlocked, or that I be given a clear explanation for why it was locked and what I need to do to use Amazon again.
