Parimatch Did Not Credit My $28 Deposit Made Through Fampay

I made a deposit of 2,360 to my Parimatch account on 27 May 2026 using UPI through the Fampay app. The money was deducted from my Fampay account, but the amount has still not been added to my Parimatch balance. I contacted Fampay support and they informed me that the transaction was successful from their side. I then contacted Parimatch support and explained that 2,360 was deducted on 27 May 2026 via UPI/Fampay but was not credited to my betting account. Parimatch support replied that they have not received the funds. Right now I am stuck between Parimatch and Fampay, with my money deducted but not available in my Parimatch account. I request that Parimatch urgently investigate this payment, coordinate with the payment provider if necessary, and either credit 2,360 to my Parimatch balance or refund it back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
