Stuck in Instagram Two-Factor Verification Loop!

My Instagram account is stuck in the two-factor verification loop. I froze my account two days ago and then changed my phone number. However, due to the account freeze, I was unable to update Instagram with my new phone number. Now I can't log in because the verification code keeps going to my old phone number. I have access to the registered email, but Instagram requires the two-factor verification code sent to the old phone number. I also did not save the backup code. Please assist me in regaining access to my account if you have a solution or can offer some financial assistance.
