Yalla Ludo - Missing 3941 Diamonds

I am writing about a serious problem I experienced with my Yalla Ludo account, where 3,941 diamonds suddenly disappeared and my balance dropped to zero, and my account was then locked. My Yalla ID is 47614540***. Until the evening of 19 July 2026, I had 3,941 diamonds in my account. On 19 July 2026 at around 8:05 pm, my diamonds were stolen and when I checked my account, my balance showed 0 diamonds. I believe my account was hacked, and I can see that a Motorola device was used during this unauthorized activity. I did not authorize any transfers or spending of these diamonds, and no one else is allowed to access my account. Afterwards, I started receiving an in‑game error message saying “Verification failed. The account has been locked. Please try again tomorrow.” and I also attached a screenshot of this message as supporting evidence. I kindly request that you investigate the activity on my account on 19 July 2026 at around 8:05 pm, including the logins and transactions linked to the Motorola device, unlock my account, and restore the 3,941 stolen diamonds to my balance. I also ask you to secure my account against any future unauthorized access and inform me in detail of the outcome of your investigation.
