My Instagram Account Was Suspended

My Instagram account (berkefegumus1) was suspended on June 11 because of a video I shared in a group. I completed all the verification steps requested, but no progress has been made. Today, while trying different actions, the account seems to have disappeared entirely—now, when I try to log in, it says my information is incorrect, instead of showing the usual “you’ve been alerted” page. On top of that, since my Instagram was linked to Facebook, my Facebook account was also suspended. If there is any solution, please help.
