Around the morning of December 12, my personal Instagram account was suddenly disabled without any prior warning and without me experiencing any issues beforehand. When I try to log in, I receive a notification stating that my account was disabled for violating community guidelines; however, I do not believe that I committed any violation that would justify this action.
I have completed all the steps requested by Instagram to have my account restored. I provided my email address and phone number, submitted a photo of my ID, and sent a video clearly showing my face, allowing my identity to be easily verified. Despite all of this, several days have passed, my account has still not been restored, and I have received no clear or concrete explanation.
Even though I did not violate any rules, my personal account remains disabled. I request that this decision be reviewed again, that my account be reinstated as soon as possible, and that I be clearly and transparently informed by email about the process and the reason for this action.
