Instacart, Stop Replacing Ordered Items With Irrelevant Substitutes!
Shoppers need to stop their habit of replacing the items I order with completely irrelevant substitutes. my request for pure organic orange juice without any additives was kind of ignored, instead of fulfilling my request, the shoppers keep insisting that the alternatives they choose are just as good. this has happened to me not just once, but three times already. Each time, I end up receiving replacements that don't meet my expectations whatsoever. It's either I begrudgingly accept them or have to go out of my way to find a use for these unwanted items. it's seriously impacting the quality of service they provide. I rely on this service to get the specific items I need, not some random substitutes that don't even come close to what I asked for. If they can't guarantee that their shoppers will stick to the requested items, then what's the point of using Instacart at all?
