ING Account Blocked Despite Funds for Earthquake Victim

On July 4th, 2023, my bank account was credited with a transfer of 19,100 TL. However, when I attempted to transfer some of the funds to another bank, I was met with the message "Account does not exist." I have funds available, but I cannot conduct any transactions at this time. After speaking with a Customer Representative, I was informed that my account is currently disabled for security reasons and that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible. I demand that a solution to this problem be found as soon as possible. As an earthquake victim, I need access to my money more than anything else right now.
