Delayed Android 13 Update for Infinix Note 12
XOS 12, which is based on Android 12, came preinstalled on the Infinix Note 12 VIP, which I purchased. I've been waiting for an update to Android 13 for the past 5 months, but I still haven't received it. When is it going to be delivered? Or is it simply not going to happen at all? My phone is only capable of running Android 12, while most others have already upgraded to version 14. Concerning this issue, I require assistance and a resolution from the company as soon as possible.
