I Demand inDrive App to Stop Overcharging

I recently used the inDrive app for a taxi ride, and the initial fare was listed at 280₺. Once we reached my destination, the app showed a final charge of 243₺, which seemed reasonable. However, inDrive still billed me the original 280₺, then claimed there was an extra fee because I chose to pay by card. I found this confusing and unjust, since the ride’s final cost was supposed to be 243₺, not 280₺ plus an additional charge. My driver was polite, and I had no issue with him personally, but the unexpected fees felt unfair. I demand a clear explanation for these extra costs and immediate action from inDrive to resolve this matter and prevent such surprise charges in the future. If the company fails to address my concerns, I will reconsider using inDrive entirely.
