• Check IN999’s deposit status page or “My Transactions” to see whether it shows pending, failed, or uncredited
Contact IN999 support with a clear, formal request;
• State that your deposit was charged on your side but not credited to your IN999 account
• Provide your username/account ID, payment method, amount, date/time, and transaction reference/ID
• Attach proof of payment (receipt, bank screenshot)
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether they received the payment on their side
• Credit the missing amount to your account immediately
• If they did not receive it, provide a refund process/timeframe
If support delays or stops responding;
• Save all correspondence and screenshots
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report a missing deposit that was charged, and seek help forcing credit or refund of your money
