You can submit a “Deposit Not Received” request in IN999’s Self-Service Center with your account ID, deposit amount, UTR/payment reference, and clear proof so their team can trace and complete the crediting.
Delays can also stem from banking or UPI network processing times, especially for bank/UPI transfers, which might not reflect instantly in the system.
