Dmwin UPI Deposit ₹2000 Not Credited Or Refunded

On 18/03/2026, I made a transfer of ₹2000 from my SBI account through the Paytm app using bank-to-UPI ID to add money to my Dmwin game account. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has neither been credited to my game account nor refunded back to my bank. I contacted my bank regarding this issue, but the problem is still not resolved and the money is still stuck. The transaction/UPI reference related to this transfer is 601156233542. I request that this failed transaction be checked urgently and that my ₹2000 either be immediately refunded to my bank account or correctly credited to my Dmwin game account, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong in this transaction.
