iMile keeps updating my tracking with wrong locations, how can I get real delivery info?

If the location updates for your iMile shipment are wrong or don't make sense, first log in to their official tracking tool or a third-party service (for example, by using your 13-digit tracking number) and take a picture of the past of locations.

Then, get in touch with iMile's customer service (for example, through the website's email or phone number given), give them your tracking number, explain the problem, show them your proof, and ask for a clear delivery status and an estimated arrival time.

Tell the seller that the tracking information they are giving you isn't accurate, and that you may need to ask for a return or a replacement if you can't get accurate information within 48 hours.
