Order Not Delivered Despite IMile ‘Delivered’ Status

I ordered one TrueGrounding Mat (Order #33084) from TrueGrounding on 23 November 2025, for a total amount of 83.95 AUD, to be delivered to 5* Archer Street, Upper Mount Gravatt, Queensland, Australia. The shipment was handled by IMILE with last‑mile tracking number 6112525629508. According to IMILE’s online tracking, the parcel was marked as delivered on 3 December 2025. However, I did not receive any parcel at my address. There were no delivery photos, no SMS, and no location details attached to the delivery scan. I checked every corner of my house and surroundings and could not find the package. I contacted TrueGrounding (Mr. T***), who confirmed the IMILE last‑mile tracking number and directed me to the tracking page, which simply shows “delivered” without any supporting proof. Since I have not received the parcel at all, I consider this a failed delivery. I request that the ordered TrueGrounding Mat be resent to me as soon as possible, or that an appropriate solution be provided after investigating what happened with the delivery on 3 December 2025.
