Imile Damaged My Parcel and I Have Been Waiting Months for a Tax Refund

My parcel was declared damaged by Imile in January and since then I am waiting for a refund for tax and duties. I been emailing and calling them to no avail. I received stating that I should wait 7-14 days but it is almost 3 months now. Imile is the worst company with shitty service. I need assistance as soon as possible.
