I Report iMile Kept Delaying My Delivery for No Reason
Working with iMile has been a huge pain. They first said my address was wrong and that they couldn't deliver my product. When I called customer support, they said they were sorry and that the address was acceptable. They said they will deliver it right away, maybe the next day or the day after that at the latest. I thought it wouldn't be a huge deal because I live only 30 minutes away from their warehouse. Two days went by and there was still no package. I called again, and this time they said the earlier agent neglected to update the driver, thus delivery would take four more days. In the end, I went back to the seller and asked for my money back. Honestly, it seems like iMile never plans to deliver and just wants you to give up.
