IKEA Sent The Wrong Screw

I purchased an Aspinge small kitchen set with a FYNDIG/LILLVIKEN single-bowl stainless steel sink from Ikea’s online store in Türkiye (Kocaeli) for 38,000 TL. The order number is 131107269757826. From the beginning, the screws sent for the kitchen set were wrong and incompatible with the product, so the sink and related parts cannot be assembled properly. I contacted Ikea customer service twice in writing and twice by phone, clearly explaining that the screws do not fit the Aspinge kitchen set and asking for the correct screws to be sent. Despite these repeated communications, the correct screws have still not been delivered and the problem remains unresolved. I request that Ikea urgently send the correct and compatible screws for the Aspinge small kitchen set and FYNDIG/LILLVIKEN sink to my address so that the installation can be completed without any further delay.
