IKEA Failed to Resolve Missing Parts Issue for My Billy Bookcase

The Billy model bookcase we purchased from the IKEA online store under order number 130404269802886 arrived with missing parts inside the package. The screw set and the fiberboard backing panel that is normally attached with nails were not included in the box. As soon as we noticed the missing parts, we decided not to continue with the setup process and did not assemble the product at all.

We have now been waiting for approximately 10 days for a response and solution from IKEA regarding this issue. Every time we contact customer service, we are told that someone will get back to us, but no concrete action has been taken in any way. For the past 10 days, all the bookcase pieces have been left spread around our home, and throughout this process we feel that the company has acted irresponsibly and has not given proper importance to customer satisfaction.

I request that the missing screw set and backing panel pieces be sent to me as soon as possible without causing any further delay. I want the inconvenience I have experienced to be taken seriously and for this process to finally be resolved quickly and properly.
