I ordered a desk with bookshelf from the IKEA online store on 02.02.2026, and this order was sent to me via Horoz Logistics. The product arrived damaged, with a visible dent on the table, even though the package itself was already dented. I contacted IKEA and was told to send the product back with Aras Kargo for examination and replacement. I sent the product, and after about a week, a replacement was shipped to me this time via Borusan Logistics with shipment number 11095492 on 23.02.2026. However, although it has been around 10–11 days since 23.02.2026, the replacement product has still not been delivered. When I contact Borusan Logistics, they say that the shipment has not yet reached my region. When I contact IKEA, I sense that they are not following the process properly and that they are not in control of what is happening with the shipment. While I am charged ₺799 shipping fee and expected to be patient, my product is not being delivered and I am left without clear information. I find it unacceptable that a shipment departing from Ankara has not been delivered to Tokat in this long time and that a global brand like IKEA cannot manage this process in a solution-oriented and customer-focused way. I request that my product be delivered to me urgently without any further delay and that the shipping fees I have paid for this whole problematic process be refunded to me.
