IKEA Sent Me a Kragsta Coffee Table With Broken Legs Twice and Won’t Fix It

The Kragsta coffee table I ordered online from IKEA was delivered in a box that had been opened and resealed. When I opened the package, I discovered that the table legs were broken. I sent them back with a replacement code, but one of the legs sent again also arrived broken. For the past three days, I have been calling customer service, requesting a replacement code so I can send it back for exchange (for the second time), but I can’t get past customer representatives who only repeat scripted responses. IKEA's officials hide behind their call center staff, while I, trusting a well-known brand, am left waiting helplessly to receive an undamaged product. I condemn IKEA for this disgrace, as I have been unable to assemble my table for 10 days due to their negligence.
