I made a payment of ₺1,432 for this service via bank card.
Throughout this period, I’ve contacted iData customer service multiple times, but I was repeatedly told that the delay was due to the German Consulate and not related to iData. My application is fully complete, and no additional documents or actions have been requested from me.
After waiting more than seven months with no progress or appointment, I am experiencing serious inconvenience and financial loss. I request that my appointment process be expedited immediately and that I receive the service I paid for without further delay.
