If iDATA rescheduled your visa meeting without telling you, it might be because they recently changed how they make appointments.
Schengen visa appointments have been given out in two steps since March 18, 2024: first, applicants put their names on the waiting list and get a confirmation email; second, iDATA sends them an email with a specific appointment date.
You must pay a service fee online within 48 hours to ensure your appointment. Appointments are made in the order that you registered.
Contact iDATA right away to talk about the delay. Call their call center at 0850 460 8493 in Turkey or +90 212 970 8493 (international).
You can also keep track of your appointment online by going to the iDATA booking page and using your passport number and application email address to make changes or cancel your appointment.
Please keep in mind that the iDATA coordination fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the rescheduled meeting. However, fees for extra services will be refunded.
