iData Appointment Scheduling Difficulty
Dear authorities, I would like to inquire about the difficulties in scheduling appointments on iData in a more efficient manner. Managing this shouldn't be so challenging. It's quite unusual that there haven't been any appointments scheduled in the past month. In the previous system, we had the convenience of being able to schedule appointments as soon as the system became available. The current appointment scheduling process is incredibly frustrating. I strongly encourage the authorities to address this issue.
