İData Missing German Consulate Appointment Issue
I've been trying to schedule an appointment with iData, specifically for March 10th at the German Consulate in Izmir. I received a confirmation email, but I have not heard back since. Each time I contact customer service, I get different information. For example, during one contact, they stated, "Appointments are made based on the consulate's quota." Another replied, "We can't see anything on our screen, so we can't provide information, unfortunately." This amount of inconsistency, leaving individuals waiting and failing to address their issues or concerns, exemplifies substantial inefficiency. iData and the Consulates are inadequate and dysfunctional. At the very least, they should reveal the appointment waiting list so that individuals may plan properly. We do not deserve to suffer in this manner, especially after paying.
