iData Changed My Appointment Without My Request – Now Stuck Waiting

My iData appointment was originally scheduled for February 19 - March 4, but without my request, they claimed that I asked for a postponement and issued me a new PNR. However, I never requested any change to my appointment!

Now, I am left waiting for a new appointment date, with no clear timeline on when it will be assigned. This delay is causing major inconvenience, and I have received no proper explanation or solution from iData. Why was my appointment changed without my consent?
