iData Appointment Error - Stuck Booking Spouse's Visa

On May 2nd, I attempted to schedule a visa appointment for my spouse and me at iData's Ankara office. According to the website, May 6th is listed as an available date. Once I had entered all the required details and chosen the date, I encountered an unexpected error in the system, which prevented me from moving forward. I went through this process multiple times, but I couldn't manage to secure an appointment slot. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to secure an appointment after months of searching. I eagerly anticipate a prompt resolution from the authorities regarding this matter.
