iData Leaves My Visa Appointment "Pending" for Nearly a Year
On July 9, 2025, I entered the appointment waiting queue for a Germany Schengen visa application for three people through iData Altunizade. Despite about 11 months having passed since then, the system still shows an "appointment pending" status, and no appointment has been assigned to me.
Throughout this process, neither iData nor the consulate has provided me with any written or verbal information. Despite calling iData repeatedly, I haven't received a clear explanation — I'm just told the appointment is pending, with no concrete date or reason shared.
I've suffered significant hardship due to this prolonged uncertainty. I am requesting that iData urgently assign an appointment for my application and provide clear, transparent information regarding my process.
