iData Shows No Available Dates for My Family Visit Visa Appointment

I've been trying to get an appointment through iData for a Germany family visit visa since 12/01/2025, but despite this much time passing, I still can't secure an appointment. Even though I've been waiting through the system for a long time, no available date is being shown.
During this process, I also contacted iData, but I wasn't given any clear information about the appointment status or when my turn might come up. This process being so uncertain and prolonged is both preventing me from making my plans and creating serious hardship.
To resolve the hardship I've experienced, I am requesting that an urgent appointment be created for me as soon as possible for the Germany family visit visa, and that the process be communicated to me clearly.
