iData Never Assigns a Visa Appointment, Forcing Me to Cancel My Entire Trip
On 01/17/2026, I submitted a visa appointment request for a Germany visa application through iData's website to the Gaziantep branch. Even though today is 06/30/2026, I still haven't been assigned any appointment, and as a result, our entire travel plan has had to be cancelled. All of our plans — plane tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals — have gone to waste.
I have the reference information and records for my online application. When I contacted iData customer service and the Gaziantep branch about this, I was only told that the appointment assignment was pending, but despite the long time that has passed, no concrete action has been taken.
I am requesting that my appointment request be processed as soon as possible and that I be given a clear appointment date. I also want a written, explanatory notification regarding the reason for this delay and the criteria by which applications are being queued.
