If iDATA canceled your visa appointment unexpectedly, you will need to rejoin the waiting list through their official appointment system.
Register again using your passport number, email address, and travel details. After registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email placing you on the waiting list.
Appointments are assigned automatically in order of registration and cannot be manually selected.
Once you receive a new appointment offer by email, you must pay the iDATA service fee within 48 hours to confirm it.
If you miss this payment window, your appointment offer will be canceled and you'll need to re-register. Keep a close eye on your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing the offer.
