Ibis Paint X Deleted Itself and Locked Me Out of My Account

I’m a 13-year-old digital artist and I’ve been using Ibis Paint X for years. It’s always been my go-to app for drawing, and I’ve created so many works on it. But today, Monday, May 27, 2024, around 9:00 PM, something incredibly upsetting happened: the app suddenly uninstalled itself from my device without warning.

I immediately reinstalled it, but when I tried to log back into my account, it kept throwing an error like “IbisAccount not working.” No matter how many times I tried, it wouldn’t let me in. And because I can’t log into my account, I can’t access my cloud backup either—meaning all my years of artwork and effort are completely gone.

This is heartbreaking and extremely frustrating. I put so much time and creativity into those drawings. I need help recovering my account and my artwork. If anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me. And to the Ibis team—please resolve this issue and make sure accounts and cloud data are protected. Young artists like me rely on your platform, and losing everything like this is beyond discouraging.
