I Pay for PicsArt Subscription But the App Hasn’t Worked for Weeks

I’ve been a paying subscriber to PicsArt, but for several weeks now, the app simply doesn’t work. I’m being charged regularly, yet I can’t access the service I’m paying for. The editing and delete functions are either extremely delayed or fail entirely. It’s incredibly frustrating.
To troubleshoot, I even deleted and reinstalled the app, but the same issue keeps happening. Despite having an active subscription, I’m not getting the service I was promised.
This is unacceptable. I’m paying for a product that’s essentially unusable. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I expect a full refund for the time I’ve been unable to use the app. I’m waiting for a prompt and serious response.
