Ibis Paint X Crashes on Launch and Won’t Update No Matter What I Try

Hi everyone, I'm having a serious issue with the Ibis Paint X app. It suddenly crashed with the message “A problem occurred with ibis Paint X. The app was closed due to an error. Try updating the app after the developer provides a fix.” Since then, it won’t open at all. I’ve tried everything—updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling it, clearing the cache, restarting my phone—but nothing worked. The same error keeps popping up and the app immediately shuts down.

I use Ibis Paint X regularly, and this error has completely disrupted my workflow. I can't access any of my drawings or projects. I’ve received no updates or clear guidance on how to fix it. It’s incredibly frustrating that such a popular and well-regarded app has no functional solution for a crash that appears to be widespread.

Developers, please address this issue urgently. At the very least, provide a working update or patch so users like me aren’t left without access to their work. This needs immediate attention.
